What personal information do we collect?
Personal information, or additional information is any information we collect while the participant is registering for the course as well as completing the course. The information we collect is divided into the groups as follows:
- When registering for the course, we will collect your full name, email address, registers company’s name, registers office company’s address/ registers office telephone number, contact person’s name, username, and password
- When purchasing the course, we will collect the participants banking information and payment card details, their billing address, and their purchase history
Why do we collect Personal information?
The information we collect is for Shunda polyurethane Ltd, and Caliber’s record. The information is required to create/update your Caliber license and to create/update your account with Shunda Polyurethane Ltd.
How do we collect personal information?
Shunda Polyurethane Ltd. only collects personal information for the legitimate reasons identified. Any additional information that we collect are by lawful and fair means.
Information the participant provides us
The website will ask the participant personal information upon registration. If the participants personal information has changes, it is the participants responsibility to update their account information.
Additional information that we will collect from the participant are discussion posts, conversations between the participant and instructor/student, and reviews.
Information we collect through automatic tracking
The course webpage will collect the participant’s enrollment status, their progress percent, the date they completed each module and module quiz, any groups the participant had joined, and how many attempts per module quiz and their results.
How do we use your information?
We use personal information to create or update both Shunda Polyurethane Ltd and Caliber’s account. The participants full name and company’s name will be displayed on their Caliber license.
All additional information is used to track the participants success throughout the course.
Disclosure of information
Shunda Polyurethane Ltd. is working with Caliber to provide the spray foam training evaluation. We will disclose your personal information with Caliber to start the participants registration process with Caliber. If you wish to provide the required personal information to Caliber directly, please email [email protected], and we will not disclose this information to Caliber.
We may disclose any information about a participant if we are legally compelled to do so.
Outsourced information
Thinkific secure architecture is hosted and managed by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in the United States.
Keeping personal information
Unenrolling from the course will not delete the participant’s account. The provider will still have access to the participants course reviews, quiz response, course progress, Thinkific certificates, discussion posts, and order. If the participant wishes to have all information deleted then the provider must delete their account. If you wish to have all information deleted, please email [email protected]. Depending on the condition, the provider can deny the participants request.

The participant can request to review any or all personal information we have saved. Depending on the condition, the provider can deny the participants request.
