1. Terms and Condition: To access this course, you must attest that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions stated in this agreement. The term “provider” includes the instructor, the company, Shunda Polyurethane Ltd., and the course, Shunda Spray Foam Training. The term “participant” includes the customer and student. By registering for this course, you (“the Participant”) have agreed to be bound by and to abide by the following terms and conditions.
2. Effective Date: This Agreement shall commence upon registration of the participant in the program and shall be enforceable between the parties (“The Provider and the Participant”) starting on that registration date.
3. Program: The provider agrees to release all modules as described on the course website This course consists of twelve modules and twelve modules quizzes that are required at the end of each module. Each module quiz requires a passing grade of 100% to move on to the next module. THE SHUNDA SPRAY FOAM TRAINING COURSE IS A PREREQUISTE FOR THE CALIBER EVALUATION AND CALIBER LICENSE.
4. Validity of the Program: Upon course registration and completion of required payment, the participant can access all the twelve modules and quizzes within a period of 30 (TBD) days. The provider reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate the access of the participant in the program after the specified time period.
5. Limited License: By purchasing the course, the participant is granted a single-use, non-exclusive and non-transferrable access to the course content. The participant is not granted the right to download any modules. The participant is only granted the right to download the slide named “What’s Next?”. All ownership rights related to the course remains with the provider. The participant may not use or copy any of the content, unless given consent by the provider. If the participant misuses the course content, then they will be terminated from the course without refund.
6. Copyright: Any use of the course content, including any form of exploitation of the provider or course content is prohibited without prior consent.
7. Course Registration: When registering for the Shunda Spray Foam Training course, we require you to create an account with Thinkific and to provide us with certain information about yourself and company. In doing this, you agree to:
a. Provide, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and company as prompted by the registration form
b. Maintain and update the information to ensure it remains accurate, current, and complete.
If the participant provides any information that is inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, then they will be terminated from the course without a refund.
8. Fees: The fees for the Shunda Spray Foam Training course are as stated on the website. All prices are subjected to change without notice. The fees charged by the provider shall be subject to all applicable taxes as required by the taxing authorities under the jurisdiction of the provider. The participant is required to pay the full amount as stated in the website in order to access all the modules and be issued a certification which will be a prerequisite for undertaking Caliber’s evaluation and license.
9. Cancellation Policy: The participant can cancel the course within 24 hours after registering. To cancel your enrollment please email [email protected]. Once the provider has cancelled your enrollment you will lose access to the course content. You will receive a refund within 1 – 7 business days. The provider is not liable for not receiving the participant’s email. The participant remains responsible for all payments required for cancellation outside the time period specified.
If the participant completes the course within the first 24 hours, then their certificate becomes invalid. The participant will not proceed to the Caliber evaluation. Participants will only receive a 50% refund if they have completed the course prior to their cancelation.
10. Certification: Participant will receive a certification upon completion. This certificate does not equal your Caliber license. Participant must provide their certificate ID as a prerequisite to complete their Caliber evaluation. The provider is not liable if the participant is having issues receiving the certificate.
11. Passwords: Any user credentials registered with our course website are for the participant’s use only. The participant is responsible for the security of their credentials and any activities that take place under their credential. The provider is not responsible for any unauthorized activities under a participant’s account. The participant is responsible for informing the provider of any unauthorized activity on their account. The provider can reset the participant’s password upon consent. The Provider will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Participant’s failure to comply with these provisions.
12. Credit Card Authorization: By purchasing the program, the Participant hereby authorizes the provider to charge their credit card or other payment cards automatically for all the required fees or payments as stated in the website.
13. Privacy: The provider agrees to protect all personal information that the participant releases throughout their registration. The provider will only release personal information to Caliber, the information that will be released is: participant’s full name, participant’s email, registered company’s name, office registered company’s address, registered office telephone number, contact person’s name, and certificate ID.

14. Legal Disclaimer – Not Certified Credential: The information discussed in this course is for informational and educational purposes only. The Shunda Spray Foam Training course is used as a prerequisite for the Caliber evaluation. The certification received upon completion of the course is not the credential needed to become a spray foam installer. The participant must contact Caliber to book their evaluation. Once they have completed Caliber’s evaluation then they will receive their license/apprentice status.
15. Legal Disclaimer – Technology: The participant agrees that they are responsible for their internet connection and devices in order to complete the course successfully. The provider is not responsible for any losses, network connection issues, or any site crashes. The participant agrees that they are responsible for their internet connection and devices in order to participate fully and complete the program.
16. Limitation of liability: Subject to applicable law, the provider and its partners and employees, are not liable for damages of any kind, inducing, but not limited to, any direct, special, indirect, incidental damages including, but not limited to, any loss or damages of data, inability to use the program, loss or damages of credential, or otherwise.
